Snowdrop Science Academy (SSA) is a Pre-K-8 private school in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 2005 by the non-profit organization West Penn Cultural Center (WPCC). The school was a private institution with an enrollment of 54 students. The school closed in October 2009. ==Mission== Snowdrop Science Academy(SSA) was dedicated to helping its students reach their highest academic and social potential through the use of small classes, a rigorous curriculum and a nurturing learning-environment. The school was based on the values of kindness,-honesty and respect for self and others. SSA provided a traditional academic program that challenged both intellect and-imagination.
